Melissa Flory, Practice Manager

Melissa oversees the daily operations of the practice, and continues to find ways to implement the most efficient and effective way to run the office so that every process, from scheduling a consultation, to surgery and recovery, goes smoothly. She began her medical career over 11 years ago working in the medical center at Baylor College of Medicine. Since then, she has worked in Labor & Delivery, Med/Surg and in the Emergency Room at two large hospitals in The Woodlands area. Having seen how a body can be damaged due to pregnancy, weight gain/loss, breast cancer, as well as other circumstances, she feels very passionate about Cosmetic and Reconstructive Surgery. In addition, Melissa brings an energetic, positive personality to Gill Plastic Surgery.

Our new patients appreciate Michele’s patience and expertise during their consultations. She is always willing to answer any question and assists Dr. Gill in every step of the patient’s consultation and pre-operative journey. Michele offers over 5 years of experience in the dermatology and the skin care industry. Her unique approach to skin care helps patients take the guess work out of their skin care regimen. Michele develops a personalized long-term skin care plan for each of her patients to help them reveal their skin’s beauty potential. During a new patient’s consultation here at Gill Plastic Surgery, Michele puts any patient’s concern at ease, whether it be working with their schedule to book their surgery, answering their questions regarding financial planning, going over in detail their surgery/procedure quotes, hospital stay, or preparing breast reconstruction patients for their stages of recovery. She thoroughly enjoys working with each of her patients to help them achieve their aesthetic and pre-operative goals.

Susanna Girocco, Physician Assistant Certified

Susanna was born and raised in the Houston area and she currently resides in the Spring area. She is married and the mother of two children. She enjoys playing soccer and spending time with her family. Her training began in Houston, where she graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Science degree in biochemical and biophysical sciences and subsequently completed her Master’s of Physician Assistant Studies. This unique high level of training allows her to deliver the highest level of care to our patients in both the preoperative and postoperative settings. She maintains her certification from the National Commission on the Certification of Physician Assistants. She is also a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Society of Critical Care Medicine. Susanna is extremely well trained and knowledgeable in the surgical subspecialties and works closely with Dr. Gill both in surgery and the office to offer our patients the highest level of care. This allows her to develop a close relationship with our patients during their immediate pre and postoperative period. According to Dr. Gill “Susanna’s kind bedside manner combined with her superb clinical judgment and surgical expertise helps me to deliver the best possible results to my patients with highest level of patient care”
