Melissa Flory, Practice Manager

Melissa oversees the daily operations of the practice, and continues to find ways to implement the most efficient and effective way to run the office so that every process, from scheduling a consultation, to surgery and recovery, goes smoothly. She began her medical career over 11 years ago working in the medical center at Baylor College of Medicine. Since then, she has worked in Labor & Delivery, Med/Surg and in the Emergency Room at two large hospitals in The Woodlands area. Having seen how a body can be damaged due to pregnancy, weight gain/loss, breast cancer, as well as other circumstances, she feels very passionate about Cosmetic and Reconstructive Surgery. In addition, Melissa brings an energetic, positive personality to Gill Plastic Surgery.

Martha Monge, Patient Care Coordinator

Our Patient Care Coordinator, Martha, has a compassionate and enthusiastic demeanor and takes great pride in guiding our patients through their cosmetic or reconstruction surgery. As each patient goes through their surgical experience, Martha will make sure the whole process is as organized and comfortable as possible by coordinating your surgery appointment and answering any questions you might have. She will handle your financial concerns before surgery and will assist Dr. Gill throughout all your preoperative and postoperative care. Along with Dr. Gill, Martha has a keen sense for the emotional and physical needs of plastic surgery patients, which brings much comfort to our patients during their transformation period.

In 2001, Martha became a Certified Medical Assistant and worked in a dermatology practice for 2 years where she discovered her interest in cosmetic procedures. For 6 years, Martha has been in the cosmetic surgery field. She has extensive experience as a Laser Technician, Medical Assistant, and Patient Coordinator. Martha states "My career in cosmetic surgery has helped me to gain a better understanding of our patients and develop more personable relationships during their cosmetic journey."

Michele Kline, Patient Care Coordinator/Aesthetician

Our patients appreciate Michele’s patience and expertise during their consultations and follow-up appointments. She is always willing to answer any question and assists Dr. Gill in every step of the patient’s clinical experience. Michele offers over 5 years of experience in the dermatology and the skin care industry. Her unique approach to skin care helps patients take the guess work out of their skin care regimen. Michele develops a personalized long-term skin care plan for each of her patients to help them reveal their skin's beauty potential. During a patient’s post operative journey, Michele puts any patient’s concern at ease, whether it be incision care/scar maintenance, or preparing breast reconstruction patients for their stages of recovery. She thoroughly enjoys working with each of her patients to help them achieve their aesthetic and post procedure goals.
